Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Registered Manager for a local authority client in Bath.
In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for residents living with dementia while supporting and managing a dedicated team of staff.
Duties:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
- Support, supervise, and develop a team of staff, including Deputies and Senior Support Workers.
- Promote person-centred care for residents living with dementia, including those with complex needs.
- Oversee care planning, safeguarding, staffing, and regulatory compliance with CQC standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:
- Proven experience managing a residential care home or similar adult social care setting.
- Strong background in dementia care, including complex needs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and develop large staff teams.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding responsibilities.
What's on offer:
Salary: £27ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 3-6 months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week
