Line management of Voids Surveyors
Working with in-house operatives to ensure completions of works to correct standard
Contract manage external or specialist contractors when required
Delivery quality assurance of surveys completed
Write specifications of works as required
Manage workflow and output of team, ensuring productivity
Deliver value for money and quality within time constraints
Technical point of liaison for complex works
Meet agreed KPIs
Liaise with internal stakeholders and other teams
Report to head of service and deliver data as required

Experience of working at a social housing organisation
Experience of managing performance
Experience of managing staff and leading teams
Experience of thinking analytically and presenting findings and solutions clearly
Experience of successful project management
Preferred Education and Experience

An appropriate qualification or significant experience in procurement or a related field
A degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Construction, Surveying or Property)
