Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with national travel and occasional overnight stays

Job Description:
We are seeking 2 strategic and commercially driven National Account Managers to take ownership of one of two high-profile sales channels— OEM or DSV (Direct-to-Store Vendor)—depending on your experience and expertise.

As National Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering sales growth, driving profitability, and expanding market presence within your assigned channel. You will lead account development strategies, manage pricing and promotional activities, and ensure exceptional service levels across your customer base.

Whether your strengths lie in navigating OEM partnerships or leading retail distribution accounts, you'll be empowered to shape channel strategies and work collaboratively across product, marketing, and operations to maximise commercial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

Achieving revenue and margin targets through effective account and category management

*

Leading new product listings, pricing negotiations, and promotional planning

*

Maintaining and growing customer relationships at a senior level

*

Providing accurate sales forecasting and reporting

*

Driving channel-specific service levels to exceed 98%

*

Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

*

Ensuring all account data, contracts, and terms are accurate and up to date

Skills & Experience:
To succeed as a National Account Manager, you'll bring:

Proven experience managing national accounts in B2B, OEM, or retail channels

*

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

*

Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to analyse and optimise margin performance

*

A structured, strategic approach to account development

*

Confidence in cross-functional collaboration and high-level customer interaction

*

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

*

Willingness to travel nationally with overnight stays as required

*

Experience in the kitchen or bathroom industry is highly desirable
