About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to support a busy Care, Quality & Governance Team. This part-time, remote role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys making a positive impact through efficient support and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support across governance and health & safety functions
  • Manage inboxes, respond to queries, and maintain accurate records
  • Take meeting minutes, draft reports, and assist with internal communications
  • Update dashboards and support data reporting using systems like Datix
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to ongoing projects

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong admin experience and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Clear communication and attention to detail
  • Team player with a proactive and flexible approach
