About the Role

We are supporting an NHS Trust in Norfolk to recruit a highly experienced and strategic Associate Director - Estates and Facilities (PFI) to lead the management of their PFI and non-PFI estates. This senior leadership role is central to ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality environments for patient care.

You will manage the PFI Project Agreement and oversee facilities management across the Trust's estate. The role also supports the development and delivery of capital projects up to £50 million and contributes to the Trust's long-term Estates Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the Trust's Facilities Advisor under the PFI agreement.

* Lead governance, performance monitoring, and KPI delivery for FM services.

* Oversee lifecycle replacement, benchmarking, and market testing.

* Ensure compliance with statutory and NHS regulations.

* Prepare operational reports for senior committees.

* Collaborate across the Norfolk and Waveney health system
