What you'll be doing;
  • Manage daily driver communication regarding schedules, weather changes, and route updates while ensuring proper documentation and PPE compliance
  • Monitor driver and vehicle locations throughout the day, conducting debriefs to optimize productivity and performance
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll for accurate compensation processing while supporting management with KPI reporting and audits
  • Maintain comprehensive transportation records including schedules, routes, and expenses for audit purposes
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally while implementing service practices that exceed customer expectations
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance and safety standards compliance while assisting Compliance Officer with audit tasks
  • Create and maintain a customer excellence culture while building trust and honesty with customers and suppliers
  • Support drivers in identifying and reporting route issues and close calls, encouraging 'Stop the Job' safety protocols when necessary

What we're looking for;
  • Experience in transportation coordination environment or logistics
  • Experience in route planning
  • Proficient use of Google suite/Microsoft or similar
  • Experience in use of Telematics
  • Able to work flexible hours, 10:00 - 18:00 or 12:00 - 20:00
