Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

📍 Location: West Yorkshire
💷 Salary: £38,000 rising to £40,000 after successful probation with On call premium and over time up to £42,000
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday - Day Shift | 40 hours per week
📞 On-Call: 1 in 4 rotation - with paid premium
💰 Overtime: Time and a half
📅 Holidays: 22 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
📄 Contract: Permanent

What You'll Be Doing

Electrical and mechanical maintenance of industrial machinery

Fault-finding on electrical systems and production equipment

*

Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns

*

PLC fault-finding and basic diagnostics

*

Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects

*

Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures

*

Participating in the on-call rota (1 in 4)

Who We're Looking For

*

Time-served, qualified maintenance engineer

*

Hold 18th Edition electrical qualification

*

Strong electrical fault-finding skills

*

PLC experience (fault finding / basic diagnostics)

*

Background in industrial machinery maintenance

*

Experience within a manufacturing environment
