Chick-fil-A 104th & Federal and 120th & Washington are seeking a leadership professional who wants to bring their experience to our growing businesses. Restaurant Director must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently. Restaurant Director is a senior director, reports directly to the Owner/Operator, and is responsible for the overall flow of a specific area of the restaurant. The Restaurant Director reports to the Director of Operations. All of our Directors lead at both of our locations, and will first complete our in-house training program. Upon successful completion of the training program, Directors are then assigned an area to oversee in the restaurants.
Specific roles available include the following:
Drive Thru Director - Ensures that our team creates REMARKable experiences for our guests by being accurate, exceptionally hospitable and fast in our Drive Thru.
Director of Training - Gives all team members a great experience and ensures morale is high from their first shift to their last shift. Trains our team with excellence to ensure that our guests have a REMARKable experience.
Director of Quality & Food Safety - Protect the brand by overseeing all food safety and quality procedures, front and back of house while developing the team to carry out our vision of Creating REMARKable experiences through fast, friendly, and fantastic food.
Pay Type: Starting between $20-$27/hr, commensurate with experience
Position Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

2 years of Management Experience or a Bachelor's Degree
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 10 hours, and be physically active for extended periods
Basic have iPad and computer competency
Must have Open Availability Monday-Sunday
Duties and Responsibilities:
Train, develop, mentor, coach, and provide accountability to the Shift Leaders and Team Members
Takes care of employee performance and policy/procedure violations of Team Members brought to the attention of the Director with proper documentation, and reports serious violations or safety concerns to the Director of Operations
Implements new ideas to that improve the guest experience & Operational Excellence
Evaluates and provides accountability for all employees through consistent training
Aligning daily practices of the area of the restaurant the Director oversees with the vision of the Owner/Operator
Maintains all equipment, and places orders when needed
Motivates the by sharing data, customer comments, and creating contests
Conducts meetings and performance reviews with direct reports
Participates in scheduled meetings with the Senior Director team, making adjustments and suggestions to stay ahead of the growing business
Follow Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures
Has a full understanding of other management positions in the restaurant to be able to step in when necessary
All other duties as assigned by the Operations Director

Ability to understand and evaluate the Profit and Labor Reports (where to cut costs and increase profits)
