Night Customer Service Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Night Customer Service Administrator to join a leading Logistics company in their Head office based in Chineham Basingstoke. This is working on a 4 on 4 off shift working 2pm - 2am.

Responsilbities as a Night Customer Service Administrator:
- Answering telephone calls and emails
- Logging queries on the companies CRM system
- Dealing with any live issues
- Completing specific trackers and performance reports
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with depots and customers

Requirments for this position:
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Confident speaking over the phone
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft packages

This is a temp to perm position working on a 4 on 4 off shift. Working hours are 2pm - 2am and starting rate is £10.75 per hour.
