Key Responsibilities

• Managing a busy conveyancing caseload with accuracy and efficiency
• Supporting fee earners across commercial and residential matters
• Working in accordance with Lexcel and CQS quality requirements
• Maintaining excellent client service and communication throughout each transaction
• Ensuring all work complies with regulatory, procedural and internal standards

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Paralegal, ideally within conveyancing or commercial property
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Confident communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• A professional, motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
