We are looking for a Clinical Account Manager to join our busy Commercial team.

Main Responsibilities To develop and deliver the Company's Rare & Orphan, and Complex therapy services, ensuring they align with corporate objectives.

To inspire and lead the Rare & Orphan, and Complex therapy programmes across the Company's operational teams and with external customers.

To maintain clear oversight of all Rare & Orphan and Complex therapy programmes at all times and be the nominated point of contact for stakeholders.

  • Working alongside Company Directors and the Commercial Team develop and deliver the Company's Rare and Orphan, and Complex therapy programmes aligned with corporate goals.
  • Designing, development and delivery of services to meet business and customer needs.
  • Motivating and maintaining an effective internal operational team delivering successful programmes that meet the needs of all stakeholders.
  • Supporting with training of internal team to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Developing and leading external customer relationships
  • Working in partnership with the Sales Team as required, establishing, driving and delivering structured service review meetings with all external stakeholders.
  • Reviewing KPIs to ensure successful programme delivery, working with operational teams as required to drive programme outcomes and satisfaction for all stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance existing services and drive new business opportunities.
  • Monitoring of budget and invoicing activity to maximise the potential financial delivery of the programme and ensuring accurate invoicing data is available from the systems for external stakeholders.
  • Develop and lead regular internal stakeholder meetings for review of Rare & Orphan and Complex therapy programmes.
  • Preparing reports and updating Directors as requested, having clear oversight of all Rare & Orphan and Complex therapy programmes at all times.
  • Supporting the Chief Commercial Officer with new business opportunities by providing input to Tenders and RFPs, and active participation in Company bids and presentations.
  • Actively work with the Commercial and Sales Teams to further improve communication with clinical staff, patients and customers.
  • Actively seek opportunities to enhance the Company's reputation as a leading provider of homecare.
  • Working in partnership with the Head of New Service Implementation to support successful implementation of new programmes to ensure the correct programme is implemented, and delivered.
  • Facilitating and conducting audits of programmes post-implementation to confirm accurate and successful operational implementation and delivery.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to make sure the programme is progressing according to plan, and in accordance with agreed timelines.
  • Resolving issues with management and internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring successful programme delivery across all internal departments
  • Ensuring HealthNet's procedures and policies are followed at all times.
  • Engaging in personal professional development and attending mandatory training
  • Presenting the Company in a positive way at all times with internal and external clients, customers and staff
  • Working flexibly and efficiently in order to meet internal and external customer needs, whilst maintaining the highest possible professional standards. Always maintaining confidentiality and security.
What experience and skills are we looking for?

Desirable

  • Current clinical registration preferred
  • Significant breadth of business analysis experience with demonstrable success
  • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market
  • Ability to apply understanding of NHS environment, threats, challenges, and opportunities to a variety of customer needs.
  • Demonstrable customer relationship management skills
  • Excellent communicator; orally and in writing
Essential

  • A proven track record of managing clinical programmes within a healthcare environment.
  • A proven track record of designing, developing, implementing and delivering high quality operational services within a healthcare environment.
  • A proven track record of developing and maintaining successful professional relationships with customers to drive service delivery and new opportunities.
