A well-established and growing large format print and display production company in Melton Mowbray is looking for an experienced Large Format Operator to join their production team.

This role involves operating large format print equipment to produce high-quality graphics and visual display materials for retail, exhibitions, and branded environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating large format print machines

• Producing high-quality graphics and printed display materials

• Preparing artwork for print where required

• Monitoring print quality and colour consistency

• Maintaining equipment and ensuring efficient production

• Working to deadlines in a busy production environment

• Supporting finishing and production processes where required

Requirements

• Experience operating large format print equipment

• Experience within a print, display, signage, or POS production environment

• Good attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to work efficiently to production deadlines

• Knowledge of print materials and substrates is beneficial

• A positive and reliable team player
