Role Overview

Deliver comprehensive Art & Design across KS3 and KS4, with optional KS5 for candidates who lead A-Level projects

*

Encourage exploratory learning through drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramics, printmaking, and digital art

*

Mentor GCSE students through portfolio development, showcasing technique, and thematic cohesion

*

Organise cross-over creative experiences—school art fairs, open studios, and partnerships with cultural venues

Candidate Requirements

*

Degree in Fine Art, Graphic Design, or Visual Arts with QTS

*

Depth of artistic skills across multiple media, including digital proficiency

*

Experience in teaching across age ranges with a strong commitment to differentiation

*

Passionate about building student confidence and creative self-expression
