About the Role:

As a Production Operative, you'll be involved in various hands-on manufacturing tasks. You'll be working closely with advanced technologies and components in a collaborative engineering environment.

Responsibilities:

Assembly and sub-assembly of components
Wiring and cable management
PCB handling and soldering work
Working with laser-based production processes
General production support and workshop duties
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or R&D environment
Hands-on experience with wiring, soldering, and PCBs
Laser equipment experience is beneficial
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
