Fabric Engineer - Commercial Office Site

Up to £39,000 per annum
Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

We're recruiting for a reliable and proactive professional to join our facilities team, working across a high-end commercial office site in Weybridge

What You'll Be Doing:

Carrying out general building fabric maintenance (basic carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, minor plumbing, etc.)

*

Conducting PPMs and reactive works across client premises

*

Supporting the wider FM team with site upkeep and compliance

*

Ensuring H&S standards are met across all work

What We're Looking For:

*

Proven experience in a similar fabric/building maintenance role

*

Strong multi-trade skills and ability to work independently

*

Good knowledge of H&S practices

*

Excellent communication and customer service skills
