Administrator – Client Review (Financial Services)
Location: Manchester (Office-Based, Hybrid Potential)

NJR Recruitment is pleased to be representing a highly regarded financial planning firm in their search for a Client Review Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-focused and organised professional to join a supportive team and develop their career within the financial services sector.
This role offers exposure to a variety of administrative and client servicing tasks, with opportunities to progress into broader back-office functions over time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual client review packs, including valuations, performance data, and charges disclosures
- Issue Investment Risk Questionnaires (IRQs) and Fact Finds, updating internal systems with responses
- Liaise with advisers to highlight client updates and follow up with clients by phone, email, or post
- Administer group pension schemes – including member review packs, data updates, and adviser meeting coordination
- Draft simplified suitability assessment letters from meeting notes and templates
- Conduct Anti-Money Laundering checks and ensure compliance with FCA rules
- Manage client records, incoming/outgoing mail, reception duties, and general administrative tasks
- Calculate client fees and issue agreements via post or DocuSign
Future Development:
Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your responsibilities into areas such as:
- Fund switches
- ISA, GIA, and Bond withdrawals
- Pension income withdrawals
- Processing new business
- Broader adviser support work
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in financial services administration is desirable but not essential
