The Role: Commercial Manager 
Employment Type: Permanent
Location: Warrington, Cheshire (hybrid) 
Rate: £80K - £90K per annum + Car allowance (£540 per month) 
Hours: 40 hours per week 

Duties: 
Working closely with leadership to achieve business goals, shaping commercial strategies and building strong client relationships.
Leading on contract negotiations, change management, procurement collaboration, and JV input—ensuring fairness, clarity, and commercial success.
Advising project teams, supporting bids, mentoring emerging talent, and maintaining robust records and governance.
Liaising with insurers and finance to secure competitive terms and delivering insightful monthly reports.
Acting as a trusted commercial leader, guiding teams through every stage of project delivery to achieve positive outcomes and long-term partnerships.You will have the following qualifications & experience
Commercial expertise with insight or experience in the nuclear sector (a strong plus).
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively at all levels.
A customer-focused, solution-driven mindset.
Strong IT skills to support efficient, modern ways of working.
