What you'll do

  • Engage with business owners nationwide to identify funding opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.

  • Use the company's existing database and historic enquiries to generate new leads.

  • Structure tailored funding solutions across a range of finance products.

  • Conduct thorough financial assessments to match clients with the right lenders.

  • Manage the full funding process from initial proposal to drawdown.

  • Build and maintain relationships with introducers such as accountants, suppliers, and industry associations.

  • Stay up to date on lender products, underwriting criteria, and market trends.

  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within other finance divisions.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records to manage your pipeline effectively.

  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets while supporting overall team goals.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial finance brokerage or lending.

  • Strong knowledge of asset finance, business loans, MCAs, refinance, and government-backed schemes.

  • Proven track record in outbound sales, lead generation, and pipeline management.

  • Ability to explain complex funding solutions clearly while building trust with clients.

  • Experience managing deals end-to-end.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to hitting targets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation ability.

  • Confidence using CRM systems for accurate record-keeping.

  • A genuine passion for supporting UK businesses to grow and succeed.
