RG are pleased to be partnering with a well-established company with over 20 years of successful trading. Due to continued expansion, the business is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the full finance, administration, and HR functions.
Reporting directly to the Managing Directors and Financial Director, you will play a key leadership role within the organisation, managing a team of four and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all financial and operational processes.
Maintain and administer the Sage 50 accounting system, including posting nominal ledger and cash entries and performing regular account reconciliations
Prepare quarterly management accounts and support the preparation of annual statutory accounts for auditors
Manage the fixed asset register, accruals, and prepayments
Produce monthly financial statements and management reports
Set up and process all creditor and employee payments, including Direct Debits, standing orders, cash floats, and client refunds
Develop and maintain sales, profit & loss, and cash flow forecasts
Handle all financial and administrative matters relating to property leases, liaising with landlords and local authorities
Ensure compliance with statutory filing requirements through Companies House
Liaise with HMRC regarding VAT audits, Corporation Tax, and the timely submission and payment of VAT, PAYE, P11D, P45, and P60 obligations
Prepare contracts and bonus schedules for senior employees
Undertake additional commercial finance duties as required to support business operations
