Intensive In-Home Field Supervisor
The primary function of the Intensive In-Home Counselor, is to assist clients whom are at risk for out of placement, in the home setting. Assist in maintaining a high moral and ethical responsibility to clients. Assist in the encouragement and support of client development. With the IIH Counselor you are to seek “best practices” for interventions which will work for the client to reduce or eliminate maladaptive behaviors. Case location may vary.
Qualified applicants will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services Field (Psychology, counseling, social work, Special Education, etc.,) A minimum of 1 year Clinical Experience with Adults, Children and Adolescents.
**All applicants must be able to present QMHP status with the VA Board of Counseling or have the ability to obtain attestation from previous employment in the mental health field.
