Prior experience working with an Estate Agents is desirable but not required. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a phone based role previously.

As a Sales Case Handler, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the sales process of properties, collaborating with Estate Agents, Surveyors, and Solicitors.

Instructing local estate agents on your panel, negotiating offers, and ensuring seamless transactions from agreement to completion will be at the heart of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

* You will be working in a team with responsibility of your own cases.

* Communicating effectively with tenants, borrowers and lenders.

* Manage the sales process for a portfolio of properties from the initial listing through to completion.

* Communicating with Estate Agents, Surveyors and Solicitors throughout the sales process.

* Providing updates to relevant colleagues and lenders alike.
