Job Title: Qualified Tutor for Maths and English

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

Provide high-quality tutoring in Mathematics and English
Create engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Offer support and guidance to students to help them achieve academic success
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Degree in Mathematics, English, or related field
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching Maths and English

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent understanding of the national curriculum for Mathematics and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire students
Effective classroom management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Education
Experience working with students with special educational needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
