Job Description:

* Oversee and manage all aspects of quantity surveying for multiple construction projects

* Provide accurate costings and estimates for projects, ensuring they are in line with budgetary constraints

* Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective cost control and financial management

* Lead a team of surveyors, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle

* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
