This Liverpool Primary School is committed to providing an exceptional educational experience for our students. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to support our teachers and students in a full-time, long-term position.

Key Responsibilities: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, your role will include:

Classroom Support: Collaborate with teachers to assist in the planning and delivery of lessons and activities.
One-on-One Support: Provide individualised assistance to students, addressing their specific learning needs and helping them reach their potential.
Curriculum Enrichment: Assist in the development of creative and engaging learning resources.
Behaviour and Well-being: Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment, fostering good behaviour and emotional well-being among students.
Assessment and Progress Tracking: Contribute to monitoring and recording student progress and performance.
Small Group Work: Lead or support small group activities, ensuring all students receive the attention and support they require.
Professional Development: Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:

A degree
A strong passion for education and a desire to support students' learning and development.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Adaptability, patience, and empathy when working with students.
