Pay: £14.50 per hour

Hours: 37 hours per week

Are you an experienced caretaker looking for a rewarding temporary role within a supportive school environment? We are seeking a reliable and professional individual to join a local authority team to provide caretaking and cleaning support at a school in Monmouthshire.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a high-quality caretaking and cleaning service at the school premises.
Ensure the building is opened and closed at agreed times.
Maintain the school site in a clean, safe, and secure condition.
Carry out daily cleaning and basic maintenance duties.
Report any health and safety or maintenance issues as necessary.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a caretaking or facilities role (preferred).
Good knowledge of cleaning standards and site safety.
Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working within a school setting and adhering to safeguarding procedures.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of a local school while gaining valuable experience in the public sector.
