A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join a well-established and forward-thinking business based in Doncaster, offering a hybrid working model and a dynamic, commercially focused finance environment.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, strategic thinking, and driving performance through financial insight. You’ll work closely with operational and sales teams to support decision-making, improve profitability, and influence business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Account Managers and Operational Leads to ensure financial targets are met
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support commercial decisions and cost control
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for key business areas
• Prepare month-end reports and variance commentaries
• Support mid-term planning and profitability reporting
• Identify and recommend actions to address adverse variances
• Promote financial awareness across non-finance teams

Required Experience: 

• Part-qualified or Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or QBE with equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strategic approach
• Ability to challenge and influence decision-makers constructively
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience in a finance business partnering role (desirable)
