Carrington West is working in partnership with a well-established national building consultancy to recruit a Programme Support Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for organisation and a foundation in construction or compliance to build a long-term career in programme management.

About the Role
You'll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of key national programmes across high-profile clients such as NatWest, the Department for Education, and the Ministry of Justice. Your role will be primarily administrative, providing essential support to Project Directors (PDs) and ensuring programmes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities include:
·Programme Support: Assisting with the coordination and delivery of national frameworks, supporting multiple PDs and ensuring consistent progress.
·Project Setup: Identifying key stakeholders (clients, contractors, designers), collating design documentation, and preparing for project kick-off.
·Meeting Facilitation: Organising and supporting design review meetings, managing compliance trackers, and preparing pre-review documentation.
·Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as a liaison between building control, design teams, clients, and internal PM, CDM PD, and BR PD representatives.
·Administrative Duties: Drafting and circulating meeting minutes, managing building control documentation, and maintaining accurate programme records.
·Commercial Support: Coordinating purchase orders, supporting monthly invoicing, and tracking project budgets and expenditure.

About You
We're looking for a proactive and organised individual who's eager to grow in the property and construction sector.
Desirable skills and experience:
·Prior experience in a construction consultancy or programme management setting
·Working knowledge of Building Regulations and project lifecycle processes
·Strong administrative and coordination skills
·Confident communicator able to liaise with a range of stakeholders
·Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
