A well-established joint venture operating in the water sector, currently delivering clean and wastewater schemes across Hampshire as part of a long-term framework. Their team combines technical expertise with efficient project delivery, and they are looking to strengthen their administrative support within the civils team.
Responsibilities:
This role will support the delivery of civils works by coordinating new job packs, updating internal systems, and assisting the operations team with project administration. You'll be responsible for picking up and processing new works, preparing dig safe packs, and ensuring all documentation is recorded and organised in line with internal procedures. The role will also involve using systems such as BigChange or similar CRM/project management software, so confidence with IT and digital tools is key. You will work closely with the civils and office teams, building strong working relationships to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.
Requirements:
You must have prior experience in an administrative role within a construction, utilities or infrastructure environment. Familiarity with systems like BigChange, or similar digital job tracking tools, is essential. Strong IT and organisational skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work closely with delivery teams. Experience preparing safety documentation or job packs is highly beneficial. A proactive and team-oriented approach will be key to success in this role.
