About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a well-established manufacturing facility on Wrexham Industrial Estate. Initially a temporary role, this position offers the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
In this role, you will lead a team of production operatives on the late shift, ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and that operations run smoothly. This position is ideal for someone with proven experience in leading teams within a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of production operatives during the late shift
Ensure daily production targets are met safely and efficiently
Carry out quality control checks and maintain high product standards
Promote and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
Identify and resolve any issues that may impact production
Assist in training and onboarding new team members
Work collaboratively with other departments to maintain smooth operations
The Ideal Candidate
Experience as a team leader or senior production operative in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Effective communication and team management skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive approach
Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
