Female Brain Injury Support Worker / Care Assistant - Crewe

Location: Crewe
Pay: £15.45 - £17.51 per hour
Shifts: 08:00-20:00 | 20:00-08:00
Monday - Sunday
Must have full UK driving licence & be comfortable driving automatic

Join our warm and dedicated 2:1 complex care team, supporting a young, active woman living with a brain injury.

She enjoys day trips, fresh air, and staying involved in her community — ideal for someone who values meaningful, person-centred care.

Your Role:

  • Personal care & mobility support

  • Tracheostomy care & PEG feeding

  • Seizure monitoring & management

  • Supporting independence & emotional wellbeing

  • Enabling social and community participation

✅ Requirements:

  • Complex care or brain injury experience (essential)

  • Experience with PEG, tracheostomy, and seizures (training provided)

  • Compassionate, confident, and professional

  • Full UK driver's licence & happy to drive client's vehicle
