This role sits within a high-performing Finance Reporting team and offers strong exposure to senior leadership.The role will support monthly reporting, analysis and financial control activities, orking closely with the Finance Manager and wider finance team, to deliver accurate management accounts, insightful commentary and robust balance sheet reconciliations, while partnering with operational teams to influence performance and cost control.Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packs
• Providing meaningful variance analysis and supporting key stakeholders
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
• Payroll validation and accurate transactional processing
• Completion of statutory returns
• Ongoing process improvement and policy development
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Building strong relationships across teams
