Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: Onsite - Aylesbury (HP19)
Pay: Dependent on experience

Duties: 
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will work alongside Clinical Pharmacists, GP practices, and Primary Care Networks (PCNs) to support medicines optimisation and clinical pharmacy services. Your role will include:

Reviewing discharge and clinic letters

Supporting medication safety monitoring (e.g. high-risk drugs)

Assisting with medicines improvement and cost-effective prescribing

Resolving medicines-related queries with clinicians and admin staff

Conducting audits and contributing to quality improvement projects

Supporting Structured Medication Reviews

Essential Criteria:

NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent)

Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a wider clinical team
Experience working within Primary Care
