We're growing our team in Sheffield and inviting experienced education recruitment consultants to be part of something exciting. With a brand new office space in the city centre, there's never been a better time to join Tradewind Recruitment.

What we offer:

£35,000-£60,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

Uncapped commission from day one

Super commission structure for high achievers

35 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (43 days total)

4.5-hour working days during school holidays

What we're looking for:

A minimum of 12 months' experience in education recruitment

Proven billing history and market expertise

A collaborative, team-focused mindset
