Salary: £24,252 actual (£30,736 FTE)

A leading independent day and boarding school in Essex is seeking a committed and empathetic Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team from September 2025.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-achieving and values-led school, supporting students with additional learning needs across Years 7-13

Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-class and 1:1 support for students with SEND
Assist with small group interventions and practical tasks
Monitor student wellbeing and collaborate with teaching and pastoral teams
Help implement individual targets and maintain clear support records
Contribute to the positive ethos and inclusive culture of the school
