About the role:
Due to growth, I am currently recruiting for 2 Skills Coach's to join an up and coming Training Provider specialising in the Health and Social Care sector. "Off the shelf" training is not vocabulary you will hear with this provider, as they pride themselves in offering learners "enhanced learning" opportunities through both 1-2-1 and workshop based learning. Your role will involve working with a new caseload of up to 45 learners completing their L2-5 Adult Health and Social Care apprenticeship in a variety of settings. You will guide the learner through their qualification to gateway and end point assessment.
About you:
As this role will be working with learners at Level 5, you will be able to demonstrate solid experience in the Health and Social Care sector at Management level, along with experience working with apprentices as a Trainer, Assessor, Development Coach or similar.
The successful candidate will hold:
- Level 5 or equivalent Health and Social Care qualification
- Assessors Award (CAVA, TAQA, A1 etc)
- Basic Teaching Certificate (AET, PTLLS or equivalent)
Package:
Salary up to £33K
Holiday - 25 days + 8 days bank holiday
Mileage - 45p per mile from your home
Development - Access to additional qualifications
