Description

Reporting to the Finance Manager as an Assistant Accountant you will be involved in various accounting tasks, contributing to the smooth financial operations of the company;

• Assisting with month-end and year-end financial close processes
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transaction
• Reconciling bank statements and account
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and budget
• Posting daily receipt
• Provide KPI information in relation to the customer's ledger
• Managing customer credit limits by company policy
• Managing on a day to day basis the invoice discount facility, and monthly reconciliation
• Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and project

Profile

The successful Applicant will have:

• Qualified AAT or part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or relevant accounting experience
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel such as Vlookups or Pivot tables
