Are you ready to step into a dynamic Office Coordinator role within a Business Management Consultancy firm? We're searching for a dedicated individual with a proactive and collaborative approach. In this position, you'll be reporting into the HR Manager and Senior Office Coordinator, you will be assisting with the day to day running of the office.

What you will do:

Our client is seeking an organised Office Administrator to ensure a positive and safe environment for employees and clients. As the main contact for all office matters, you will:

  • Manage relationships with building and facilities management.
  • Handle building issues.
  • Oversee office subscriptions and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance, maintain inventory, and procure supplies.

Collaborating with the Senior Office Coordinator, you will also:

  • Implement policies, organise events, and facilitate office moves.
  • Manage travel arrangements, budget allocation, and invoice processing.
  • Booking meeting rooms.
  • Maintaining office documents.
  • Handling mail and deliveries.
  • Assisting with new hire onboarding and performing ad hoc tasks.

What you will need:

Our client is seeking a candidate with experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to handle matters pragmatically, and excellent planning and organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail. Success in this fast-paced environment requires the ability to effectively multi-task, while being proactive and collaborative.
