What it’s about

We currently have a vacancy for an administrator to join a motivated, productive and friendly team that supports and administers processes within the Examiners & Assessors Team based in Coventry.

What you’ll be doing

The work is varied with priorities and demands that reflect the continual assessment cycle for our on-demand and series based qualifications.

Some of the responsibilities of these roles will include:

  • providing advice and guidance to potential applicants
  • processing application forms submitted for a variety of assessment tasks
  • assisting in the dispatch of assessor agreements
  • providing an excellent customer service to all our customers
  • updating of procedural documentation

What we’re looking for

Customer service focus and the ability to identify and suggest new ways of working will be important together with excellent written and verbal communication skills. It is also essential you have a flexible and proactive approach to your work.

In short, you’ll need to be an accomplished all-rounder. We’re looking for genuine team players; people who enjoy variety in their work and can adhere to deadlines. As well as database abilities covering data input and running queries – we are looking for logical thinkers who can build relationships effortlessly and enjoy seeing projects right through to the end result.
