Are you looking for a new role working onsite in the construction industry? Are you passionate and ready to make a positive change? If so, then read on!

I am looking for an experienced Administrator to work in the Falmer area. The perfect applicant will have knowledge and experience with administrative duties and working to tight deadlines.

Role: Administrator

Location: Falmer

Temporary Contract

Rate: £12-£13 per hour (PAYE)

When: ASAP

Duties will include:

Review, management and uploading of documents for projects.
Championing of document management processes and systems within the project environment.
Deal with enquiries efficiently and effectively.
Carry out other project and non-project related activities as required.
Assist in the production and supply of electronic and hard copy documents
Provide support to operational teams and suppliers in use of the eDMS.
Provide assurance to the Information Systems Manager by ensuring that all records are maintained in line with expectations.
Identify and implement areas for improvement and share best practice.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in administration.
Good level of competence in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
Organised with an attention to detail
Ability to prioritise own workload
Working effectively to deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively with peers and senior engineers in both verbal and written
form.
Good interpersonal skills and team worker

Skills Desirable:

Several years' experience in a similar role in a construction or related industry.
First right time approach
A can do rather than "can't do" attitude
