Plumber (Water Hygiene) - Service, Reactive and Install work

£32,000-£35,000 + Van + Benefits

London (Covering West and Central London) some travel towards Essex maybe required.

A well-established Building Services Consultancy is expanding its Southern team and is now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Plumber.

You'll be supporting key commercial clients including healthcare sites, office buildings, and retail premises across West and Central London with some travel into East London also required for specific projects.

This Plumber role would suit a candidate with the following level of experience

* 3 years' experience in plumbing and with a Level 2 qualification under your belt (Diploma or NVQ) - Commercial experience if preferred, but large domestic also considered.

* An eagerness to invest in your development and have the confidence to provide guidance to a Plumbers Mate or Apprentice.

* Full driving license.

* You're happy to travel and want varied work in a team that values growth.

The Plumber will be responsible for a range of duties including

* Taking the lead on plumbing work including pipework adjustments, fixing taps and leaks and the removal of deadlegs.

* Undertake basic water hygiene tasks to ensure project and PPM completion.

* Undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks on commercial plumbing systems.

* Keeping job records up to date using a PDA or tablet.

* Building great relationships with clients and identity improvements and future work as and when required.
