My client is looking for a dynamic Communications Assistant to join their vibrant team and help shape how they connect, communicate, and celebrate across the organisation.

Reporting directly to the Head of Communications, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering engaging, high-impact internal communications and events. From crafting compelling content and managing digital channels to organising exciting on-site events, you'll be central to how we engage with our people.
This is a varied and hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning great ideas into action.
💬 What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting and executing communications plans in line with the Head of Communications' vision
* Creating and managing an exciting content calendar for internal channels, including intranet posts, social media, and digital posters
* Designing and delivering a dynamic employee events programme that boosts morale and culture
* Providing key administrative support for internal communications processes (e.g., quarterly briefings)
* Updating and maintaining our corporate website with fresh, relevant content
* Building strong relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers
* Overseeing mailbox and invoice management for the communications function

* A degree in communications, marketing, events or equivalent experience in a similar role
* A confident communicator with excellent writing skills and a keen eye for detail
* A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
* Technically savvy, with experience across Microsoft platforms
* A natural relationship-builder with the ability to inspire, influence and engage
