Trainee recruitment consultant - (40k Year 1 OTE)

Salary: 25k+ uncapped commission

About you:

Ideal candidates will meet most of, if not all the following criteria:

• A 2:1 degree from a recognised University.
• Self-starting individual with a healthy work ethic!
• Competitive - potentially a history of sport or other extracurriculars at a high level.
• Strong communication skills, including over-the-phone and face-to-face skills.
• A highly social individual capable of building rapport.
• Financially motivated! The commission in recruitment is REALLY GOOD!
