Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will play a key part in supporting administrative tasks, coordinating events, and assisting in the execution of marketing activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and eager to grow in the field of marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events (internal and external)
Maintain and update marketing calendars, contact lists, and event schedules
Coordinate logistics for events, including venue bookings, catering, promotional materials, and staffing
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, both digital and print
Help manage inventory of marketing collateral and event supplies
Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining marketing databases (e.g., CRM, mailing lists)
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other departments as needed
Perform general office and administrative duties to support marketing operations
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or marketing support role (internships included) is a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or CRM systems is a bonus
Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
