Occupational Therapist- Band 6

Location- Fleet Community Hospital

Start Date- ASAP

End Date- 2nd August 2024

Flexible working hours- Ideally full time Mon- Friday (8am-4pm / 9am-5pm)

• Training / Experience Required: NHS experience in community OT with older adults.
• Car driver to work across North East Hampshire with business insurance.
