I'm currently working with a fantastic children's residential care provider looking to appoint an experienced Registered Manager for a new children's home.

💷 £55,000-£70,000

The role will involve:
• Leading and developing a residential care team
• Ensuring the home operates to OFSTED standards and regulations
• Creating a safe, therapeutic environment for children and young people
• Driving high standards of care, safeguarding, and outcomes

Ideal candidate:
✔ Experience working within children's residential care
✔ Leadership / management experience within a children's home
✔ Working towards or holding Level 5 Leadership & Management
✔ Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and safeguarding
