Responsibilities of Operations / Customer Service Assistant:

  • Managing inventory levels and shipment status on the various Marketplaces, including updating inventory and doing dropships
  • Manage replenishments from domestic warehouses to Amazon
  • Work directly with the warehouse/s to address existing or potential customer issues, including sending parts to customers
  • Manage and improve customer reviews process, including the returns process
  • Submit office and Marketing expense reports
  • Answer customer calls, email, and chat (if applicable) via our Zendesk app and phone lines when the lines are busy or our head of Customer Service is out
  • Assist in product development communications with factories

Additional Duties of Operations / Customer Service Assistant:

  • Various data entry projects to support Operations and Marketing
  • Various Creative and Marketing projects, which may include updating marketplaces
  • Submit tickets to outside partners like building management and Canon
  • Assemble samples 

Qualifications of Operations / Customer Service Assistant:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree from a four-year university (3.0 GPA minimum) 
  • Knowledge of the online shopping experience
  • Strong written English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities 
  • Previous customer service experience
