Are you an experienced Registered Manager in children’s residential care ready to step into a dual-home leadership role?
An established residential care provider in Merseyside is seeking a strong and experienced leader to oversee two children’s homes and drive high standards of care, compliance, and team performance.
This role is ideal for a confident manager who thrives on leadership, developing teams, and creating safe, stable environments for young people.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing the day-to-day leadership of two children’s residential homes
- Ensuring homes meet and maintain Ofsted regulatory standards
- Leading, mentoring, and developing staff teams to deliver high-quality care
- Promoting a child-centred culture focused on positive outcomes
- Overseeing safeguarding, compliance, and quality assurance
- Working closely with local authorities, families, and external professionals
- Driving continuous improvement and high standards across both services
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care
- Strong leadership and staff management experience
- Solid knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- A passionate leader committed to improving outcomes for young people
Salary & Benefits
- £55,000 – £60,000 salary depending on experience
- 33 days annual leave excluding bank holidays
