Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager - RMN

We're currently working with a fantastic, independent mental health service seeking a passionate and flexible Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to step into a Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager position. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity in a boutique small-sized service that supports working-age adults within the community.

You'll be joining a supportive team with strong values and a focus on least restrictive practice, positive risk-taking, and empowering recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support the clinical and auxiliary team

*

Participate in supervisions, appraisals, and staff development

*

Promote a positive workplace culture and lead by example

*

Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies

*

Conduct audits and implement quality improvements

*

Lead disciplinary processes where necessary

*

Foster strong relationships with external agencies and social care teams

*

Champion training and continued learning within the team

What We're Looking For:

*

Registered RMN with valid NMC registration

*

Minimum 3 years of mental health nursing experience

*

Proven leadership or management experience

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*

Confident in handling responsibility and making clinical decisions

*

Passionate about delivering high standards of care

*

Driving licence preferred but not essential

Schedule:

*

12-hour shifts (Days)

*

Some weekend and holiday cover as needed
