Duties for the role of Asbestos Surveyor include:* Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across a range of property types* Ensure all work is carried out in line with HSG264 and UKAS guidelines* Collect bulk samples and accurately record site findings* Produce clear and detailed survey reports* Maintain strong health and safety standards on site* Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Skills and experience for the role of Asbestos Surveyor:* BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)* Proven experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor within the UK* Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and HSE guidance* Good IT skills and experience producing reports* Excellent attention to detail* Strong communication and organisational skills* Full UK driving licence
