Duties

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
Present product information, features, and benefits to potential customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activitiesExperience

Previous experience in sales, particularly in an internal or inside sales role
Strong customer relationship management skills are essential to build and maintain client relationships
